Learning Theory

    Classroom management is very important ,  teacher should control learning process , teacher's controling does not mean that teacher should have a quite class or no noise at all , it means that all students are interacting , participating and at the same time they are interesting and motivating . 

    Every teacher should prepare and have plan before he comes to class in order to be an effective teacher . As for learning theory , there are two ways to teach students , the first one is the direct learning and the second one is inquiry learning .These two ways for learining reflect the way that teachers present the information to the students or how the students learn .

      The direct way of learning , in this way teacher is the centered of the learning process , he gives the rules directly and then explain it to the students , so students will know the rules and memorize it . In this way , students will not be active , they will be like  parrots and they will not discover ideas by themselves. This is a traditional way , sometimes teacher needs it in some cases or in some classes for example (vocabularies class ) it could be work , but it is not working for all classes , students should discover ideas about the topic , they should think and ask to get the concept .

      The second way of learning is inquiry , in this way students are the centered of the process and the teacher is a delivered and a supporter for his students  , he designs the instructions. All students are involved in the lesson , each one is practicing and teacher collaborates with his students , he guides them , giving them steps to help them to reach to the concept . Teachers will allow students to be in charge in their own learning , they will ask questions and students will discover . The climate of classroom will be more exciting and students will be comfortable , confident enough to put their skills . If there are students who are off task , teacher should find a way to pulled them in make their time really count . THe most important thing is students should know that it is not to finish the assignment or the lesson, they should be interested in 

      Learning theory explain the way that students learn and get the information , it is not only one side , it could be direct or inquiry . Every teacher has his own way and not one way is better than the other , it is about the suitable way for students to learn and teacher should know his students and their needs , then he decides the better way for them .In my opinion I prefer the inquiry way in all classes .
